What is the letter on the side of the panzerotto?
It is made with food markers, so it is safe to eat. It helps us understanding what panzerotto is that one.
Do you have a secret menu?

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards (minimum charge $10), Venmo, international cards too.

What if I am allergic to one/more of your ingredients?
Please inform us before ordering! We will do our best to avoid cross contamination, even though we cannot guarantee it. If you are severely allergic, please do not order from us.
Do you sell your ingredients?
Yes, in store and online. You can purchase 00 flour and semolina from Puglia, fresh yeast, thin sliced cold cuts from Italy, cookies, taralli, panzerotto dough and pizza dough, buffalo mozzarella, burrata pugliese and many more.
Do you hire from outside the United States?/ Assumete dall’Italia?
We cannot, sorry./No, non possiamo.
Do you cater? do you make private party?
We cater a lot. Panzerotti are perfect for any occasion, birthdays, weddings, events…Regular size panzerotti and mini size ones are available, as well as focaccia barese, tramezzini, salads and fruits in a cup, shrimp skewers and more. Send us an email to inquire! we’ll reply asap.
Do you make big panzerotti?
Yes, we prepare a huge sweet or savory panzerotto for your special occasion. We need two days notice, so please send us an email.
Can I create my own panzerotto?
Of course! We make every panzerotto by order, so you can create your own.
Is there street parking?
Yes, on Smith street and nearby.
